Bug reports, corrections, feedback on a game's balance, or anything else — we read everything that arrives.

Please read before using the form. Boxing Arcade is a static site with no backend server, so this form cannot post a message anywhere. What it does is validate what you have written and then open it in your own email application, addressed to us. If you would rather skip that step, email hello@boxingarcade.xyz directly.

What to include in a bug report

The most useful reports tell us four things: which game, which browser and version, what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected. If your browser console showed an error, pasting it in helps more than anything else.

Reporting a balance problem

We take these seriously. If a game feels unfair rather than hard, tell us where it happens — which round, which wave, which floor — and what you were trying to do. Several of the tuning values on this site have changed because someone described a specific moment that felt wrong.

Corrections

If a number on a game page does not match what the game does, that is a genuine error and we want to know. Our fact-checking policy describes how we handle and mark corrections.

Advertising

Advertising enquiries are welcome. Please note that we do not accept placements inside the game area, anything designed to be mistaken for a game control, or content aimed at children.

What we cannot help with

  • Lost high scores. Scores live in your browser's local storage on one device. We have no copy of them, so if your browser data is cleared they are genuinely gone.
  • Real-world boxing advice. We make arcade games. We are not coaches and nothing here is training instruction.
  • Other people's games. We can only help with games hosted on boxingarcade.xyz.
