1. Agreement
By using boxingarcade.xyz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What we provide
Boxing Arcade provides free access to original browser-based arcade games and accompanying written content. No account is required and no payment is taken. We provide the site on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure;
- use automated systems to place unreasonable load on the site;
- interfere with the site's operation, or with other people's use of it;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright or attribution notice;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
All games, source code, artwork, generated audio, written content, branding and design on this site are original works owned by Boxing Arcade, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may play the games, and you may link to any page on this site. You may not copy, redistribute, host, rebrand, embed as your own, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our written permission. Reproducing our written content in whole or in substantial part — including to train or fine-tune machine-learning systems — requires permission.
5. Your data
Your favourites, recently played list and best scores are stored in your own browser and are entirely under your control. We have no copy of them and cannot restore them if they are lost. See the privacy policy for detail.
6. No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that the content is complete or free of mistakes. Game balance figures quoted in our documentation describe the current build and may change as games are updated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxing Arcade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — including loss of locally stored game data. Nothing in these terms limits liability which cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Third-party content and links
The site may display third-party advertising and may link to external websites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
9. No affiliation
Boxing Arcade is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any boxing organisation, promotion, sanctioning body, event, athlete or game publisher. All fighters, tournaments, titles and venues appearing in our games are fictional.
10. Age
The site is intended for a general audience. The games are non-graphic arcade sports games. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, please use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of any protection given by mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
