Boxing Dodge — Free Boxing Arcade Game
Boxing Dodge removes attacking entirely. There is no punch button, no damage you can deal and no way to end the round early. Punches come at you from a rotating set of angles and your only job is to not be there. It is the purest defensive test on the site.

About Boxing Dodge
Incoming punches are telegraphed by an angle indicator — high left, high right, body, or straight down the middle — and each one has a correct answer. Slip left, slip right, duck, or step back. Getting the answer right scores and extends a multiplier that grows the longer you go untouched. Getting it wrong costs a life.
Because there is no offence, the score is a direct function of survival time and a multiplier that climbs continuously while you are clean. Thirty seconds without being hit is worth several times more than thirty seconds with two mistakes in it, which makes the game far more about consistency than about handling the hardest individual punch.
Punch frequency and variety both increase over time, and from ninety seconds onwards doubles arrive: two punches telegraphed together requiring a single correct answer that handles both. Working out which one answer covers two attacks is where the depth is.
Objective
Avoid every incoming punch for as long as possible. There is no attack.
How to play Boxing Dodge
- Punches are telegraphed with an angle indicator before they arrive.
- Slip left, slip right, duck or step back — each angle has one correct answer.
- A clean dodge extends your multiplier, which climbs the longer you stay untouched.
- Being hit costs a life and resets the multiplier. Three lives per run.
- From ninety seconds, doubles appear: two punches needing one answer that covers both.
Boxing mechanics in Boxing Dodge
No offence
There is no punch button. Score comes entirely from survival and clean dodges.
Four answers
Slip left, slip right, duck and step back. Each telegraph maps to exactly one of them.
Climbing multiplier
The multiplier rises continuously while you are untouched and resets completely when you are hit.
Doubles
From ninety seconds, two punches are telegraphed together and one answer has to cover both.
Stamina
Dodges cost stamina. Spamming inputs to cover an angle you have not read will leave you empty.
Scoring
| Action | Points |
|---|---|
| Clean dodge | 45 |
| Double dodged with one answer | 160 |
| Survival | 12 per second |
| Untouched multiplier | climbs to ×5 and resets on any hit |
| Streak of 30 | 600 bonus |

Tips and strategy
- Read the angle, not the fighter. The indicator appears before the animation and gives you more warning.
- Step back is the safe answer when you genuinely cannot read the telegraph. It is worse against body shots but never catastrophically wrong.
- Do not press two directions in a panic. Dodges cost stamina and a wrong dodge is worse than a late correct one.
- For doubles, look for the answer that covers the more dangerous punch. Step back handles most pairs involving a straight.
- The multiplier is worth more than any individual dodge. Playing conservatively for a long clean run beats playing brilliantly in bursts.
Difficulty
Rated Medium. Individual telegraphs are generous and clearly readable; the doubles from ninety seconds onward are what separates a two-minute run from a five-minute one.

Boxing Dodge — frequently asked questions
Is there really no punch button in Boxing Dodge?
Correct. There is no attack at all. Score comes entirely from surviving and dodging cleanly.
How do I know which dodge to use?
An angle indicator appears before each punch. High left is slipped right, high right is slipped left, body shots are ducked, and straights are stepped back from.
What is a double?
Two punches telegraphed at the same time from ninety seconds onward. One answer has to cover both, and finding it is where the game's depth lies.
Why does spamming dodges not work?
Dodges cost stamina and have a short cooldown, so covering an angle you have not read leaves you unable to answer the next punch.
How is the score calculated?
Survival time plus points per dodge, all multiplied by a figure that climbs while you are untouched and resets completely when you are hit.
Is it playable on a phone?
Yes. Four large directional buttons, which is the entire control scheme.
